ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - A Florida woman says an airline worker at a North Carolina airport refused to allow her to fly home with an oxygen tank because she didn't have the proper paperwork. Seventy-eight-year-old Jane Graham-Bailey of Jensen Beach, Fla., says no one asked for paperwork when she flew from Florida to North Carolina. She plans to fly home Sunday from a Tennessee airport and was awaiting a physician consent form.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Attorneys for a Florida man charged with murder in the killing of a teenager during an argument over loud music are asking that his retrial be delayed. A judge in Jacksonville will consider the request today from Michael Dunn's new attorneys.

STARKE, Fla. (AP) - Florida is set to execute a man convicted of killing his cousin and his cousin's wife to prevent the cousin from testifying at his burglary trial. Robert Hendrix is scheduled to be executed at 6 o'clock tonight at Florida State Prison in Starke.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Florida's Firefighter of the Year is a lieutenant from Tallahassee's department. Lt. Rusty Roberts was honored yesterday by Gov. Rick Scott and other members of the Florida Cabinet.
