PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - Authorities are investigating a string of convenience store armed robberies overnight.

Two took place in Boynton Beach, and a third in West Palm Beach. All unfolded between the hours of 1 a.m. and 2:30 am.

The first happened at the 7-Eleven at 11190 S. Military Trail in Boynton Beach at 1:10 am. A robber pointed a handgun at a clerk and ordered her to open the registers and put all the money inside a bag. The suspect is described as a black man wearing a dark blue long-sleeved shirt, gloves, and a green ski mask, concealing his face and his eyeglasses, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

About 30 minutes later, a second 7-Eleven was robbed at 4948 Le Chalet Boulevard in Boynton Beach. Also in this case, the robber used a small black handgun to hold up the clerk and order him to put the money in a plastic 7-Eleven bag. Authorities say the suspect also went into the back office and held a gun to an employee's head, ordering him to hand over a cell phone. The suspect description in this case is the same as in the first robbery.

A third 7-Eleven was robbed in West Palm Beach just after 2 a.m. Authorities released surveillance video in this case, showing a man wearing dark clothing and a dark mask hold a gun to a clerk's back and ordering her to open two cash registers. The gunman loads the money into a bag, before taking off.

Despite a police search that stretched throughout the morning; authorities do not have any suspects in custody.
