Chewing gum keeps the pounds off

(WFLX) - Chewing gum may really help you eat less.

Researchers found that people who chewed sugarless gum ate fewer snacks and shaved 40 calories off what they ate between meals.

The participants also said they had good energy levels and felt less drowsy in the afternoon.
