Startling new developments in the case of a popular middle school band teacher, accused of having sex with one student and touching others.

Twelve new charges have just been filed against Heath Miller, a band teacher at Howell Watkins Middle School in Palm Beach Gardens.

Investigators say new victims have come forward since his arrest last month.

They now say four  female middle school students say Miller had unprotected sex with them or molested them in the school's band room and in addition, Miller who's married,  also had sex with three adult women including two female teachers in the band room at Howell Watkins Middle School.

Here's what parents had to say about Miller last month.

"He has taught my niece for more than two years. And I haven't seen anything aligned with this behavior," one woman told us as she waited to pick up her niece at the school last month.

"It's horrible. It's happening everywhere and it's sad," said another mother outside the school.

The new charges include sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, tampering with or destroying physical evidence, obstruction of justice and trespass. Miller is expected to be in court tomorrow morning on these latest charges.
