BOCA RATON, FL (WFLX)-Saturday's graduation at Lynn University in Boca Raton has an unusual twist as three siblings pick up diplomas.

"I think we're all going up on stage together," said Jennah Ackerman, one of the three siblings. "We'll be walking across the stage at the same time."

Jennah will be joined by her twin sister Lindsay, and their brother Brandon. Since Kindergarten Brandon joined Jennah and Lindsay in the same grade, at all the same schools, back home in New Jersey.

But go to college together?

"We're a very tight family," explains Lindsay. "We do a lot of things together."

Including going to college. The Lynn campus became sort of an extension of the Ackerman home, including the fights.

"The slamming doors, the yelling and the screaming," recalls Brandon laughing. But mostly the Ackerman siblings say they were there for each other, through college's ups and downs.

"It's not something that everybody could say that they've lived with their sisters and gone to school with their family," said Brandon. "But it's something I definitely wouldn't have changed."

Brandon majored in hospitality management. Lindsay and Jennah will have degrees in elementary education.

The graduating Ackerman siblings have a younger brother, Jordan, who just finished his freshman year at Lynn. "I can't wait until they graduate," said Jordan with a laugh. Seriously, Jordan credits his brother and sister with helping him make it through his first year of college.

Lynn University staffers say as far as they know, three siblings graduating together is a first at their school. Undergraduate commencement is Saturday morning in the gym.
