WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Tuesday the State Attorney's Office in Palm Beach County released new documents in the case of a popular middle school teacher charged with having sex with students.

Heath Miller was the band director at Howell Watkins Middle School in Palm Beach Gardens. Miller is charged with having sexual intercourse with two female students at the school. He's also accused of fondling two other female students, and tampering with witnesses and evidence. Detectives say many of the sexual encounters with students took place in the band room area at Watkins Middle.

According to the new documents, School District Police called in crime scene investigators from Palm Beach Gardens Police. The investigators took pictures and tested for body fluids-- on the floor and on several items of clothing and a towel. The documents indicate crime scene technicians did find body fluids in one area of the band room floor.

The documents also reveal on different dates, different clothing items were taken as potential evidence, as was a computer and a phone memory card. We previously reported how police took a memory card, where detectives say Miller had stored images of himself having sex. The card was turned in by a teacher, with whom detectives say Miller also had sex at school.

The School District did not renew Miller's contract. He is being held in jail without bond. Miller's next scheduled court date is in September.
