SEBASTIAN, FL (WFLX) - His smile may be made of gold, but he's probably frowning behind bars.

While patrolling the 1300 block of Schumann Drive in Sebastian, police saw a speeding car fly through a traffic stop.

Officers pulled the car over and smelled 'a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle'. When officers asked the driver, Alphonso Wynn Jr., why they smelled the pot, he ignored the question, locked the doors and sped off.

When the chase was finally over, officers found more than two pounds of marijuana in grocery bags.

Wynn was charged with felony fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. His total bond is $102,000.
