Welcome to Florida Culinary Institute's Community Cooking Program.
Our community cooking classes are designed to introduce the amateur chef to the world of cooking. Whether you are a homemaker, busy professional or just enjoy cooking as a hobby, we invite you to join us at Florida Culinary Institute as we explore the culinary arts. It is our goal to offer you a variety of classes and instruction in order to appeal to the adventurer who lives in all of us.
By popular demand we've added many exciting, new courses to our 2002 program and changed the menu on some favorites. I'm certain you'll enjoy the new courses as much as we did when we created them!

Improve your culinary skills by working side-by-side with Florida Culinary Institute's renowned Chefs in an interactive kitchen.
Classes are hands-on and you take the recipes home to add to your collection.
Aprons are provided to each student.
Be sure to bring food containers, as you are welcome to bring home food prepared in class.
All classes are held on Saturday at the Florida Culinary Institute.
Classes begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude at approximately 3:00 PM.
Dress for safety and comfort. Please wear slacks and enclosed, flat shoes.
Age requirements: 11-14 years old accompanied by an adult. 15 years without an adult.
All classes are $95.00 each except as noted.
Pre-payment (gift certificate, credit transaction or cash) is required for a guaranteed reservation in class and final upon confirmation from the registration desk. In the event of cancellation, prepaid registrants are eligible for class credit if notice is received on or before the Monday prior to class. For cancellations later than the period specified, class credits will not be issued.
