Dalia Dippolito's diary is sealed

There is new information Wednesday night in the bizarre murder for hire case in Boynton Beach.

Today, Dalia Dippolito's lawyer asked a judge to seal Dalia's diary that was seized at the time of her arrest. Her lawyer says he often tells his clients to take notes during discussions and in this case her diary contained privileged attorney-client information.

In the end, the judge ordered the diary to be returned to Dalia.

Pages from the diary will be copied, sealed and placed in the case file.

Dalia is on house arrest accused of hiring a hit-man who was an undercover police officer to murder her husband Michael.
