Dressed head to toe in white and speaking with a thick Haitian accent, she recounted details about her repeated rape and how she and her son eventually escaped and walked barefooted to a local hospital.

The woman was wearing glasses today, she says because of what happened she now has permanent eye damage.

The victim also spoke about perminant internal damange from the repeated rapes and how she felt when the crimes were taking place.

"I was crying and praying at the same time," she said. "I thought they would kill me."
