That's Life: 4 Keys to a Successful Workout

It's been said that Patrick looks like an angel. I don't see it, do you? But he looks this way because he takes good care of himself. He eats properly and he exercises. Exercise used to be very simple: jogging, lifting weights - what have you. But its become very complicated. There are four things you need to do to exercise effectively. Do you know what they are? Let me show you.

The first thing you need to do is incorporate endurance into your exercise. "Hi Chad" - he's bicycling, thats a good way of doing it. You also can accomplish this though swimming, walking and also dancing. Let me show you the second thing, it's over here.

The second thing is strength, and you can do it by this: lifting weights. Also, you can achieve the same endpoint by riding a bicycle, hiking or even bowling - they'll all, in effect, strengthen your muscles.

The third aspect is flexibility and you do it one of four ways. One is stretching like this, also there's ballet, yoga and gymnastics.

Lastly is balance. You can find that with the martial arts, yoga, dancing and also court sports such as tennis or basketball.

Now if you do those four things you'll get the most out of your exercising. Don't forget to eat healthy, and if you do all of these things, you'll look like an angel - just like Patrick here.
