WELLINGTON, FL (WFLX) - The city of Wellington has a plan to save $300,000 next year: Put employees on a four-day work week.

Council members in the Village of Wellington will vote on the measure on Tuesday evening. If it passes, employees in Wellington will work 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Back in June, workers in Boynton Beach switched to a four-day work week.
