Duct tape focus of Casey Anthony murder case

ORLANDO, FL (WFLX) - There's been a lot of talk about Duct tape in the Casey Anthony murder case.

Now, lawyers say, unreleased documents about that tape could prove she didn't kill her daughter, Caylee. Duct tape, found around little Caylee's mouth, has been the center of the investigation into her murder.

Last week, we learned the evidence was accidentally destroyed. Now, we learn that Duct tape found at Casey's home and the tape found on Caylee don't come from the same material.

The discovery hasn't been released publicly by prosecutors.

Family attorney Brad Conway says there's more unreleased proof which questions who actually killed Caylee. It discusses a hair found, and the fact there is an additional hair that is not identified and can't be attributed to Caylee Anthony or Casey Anthony. "So the obvious question is, if there is an additional hair on there, who does it belong to?"

Casey Anthony goes to trial next year for killing her daughter.
