RIVIERA BEACH, FL (AP) - Students and teachers at a South Florida high school headed back to class after officials ended a lockdown put into effect while police searched for a suspect in a neighborhood near the school.

The Thursday lockdown at Suncoast Community High School was a precautionary measure when two teens attacked a police officer trying to question them, authorities said.

Police say the two teens were stopped getting off a Palm Tran bus with golf bags that turned out to be filled with guns, including assault rifles.

Police were able to apprehend one of the teens, but another one is still at large after escaping on foot.
