Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies say Jayden Hayes' family couldn't find him inside their Royal Palm Beach home in a gated community Sunday night. His mother finally discovered him at the bottom of their backyard pool. The boy's dad began CPR until paramedics arrived. The Drowning Prevention Coalition of Palm Beach County says all families with a pool should have a fence around it. Also, pool owners can put an alarm on their door or an alarm on their child's wrist. They shoudl also encourage all children to learn how to swim early. The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner says there have been approximately 630 drowning deaths from 1997 - 2008 within Palm Beach County. Amongst these drowning victims, children ages 1 - 4 had the highest drowning rate.
