WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - He's about to bring his "Crazy Train" through Palm Beach County.

Legendary Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne will sign autographs in Palm Beach Gardens for his new best-selling book Friday, but before that he'll be in West Palm Beach at the new waterfront park getting the key to the city from Mayor Lois Frankel.

For her, it was no political move. "Everybody worked hard this week, it's a Friday night. Let's have a little fun," she said.

The aging Prince of Darkness, who appeared on his own MTV reality show with his family, has been controversial after years of drug abuse which he has since overcome.

But the mayor is not worried about that. "I'm just interested to see If I can understand what he has to say."

"I think it's unbelievable opportunity for the world to see how fantastic West Palm Beach is and having the Prince of Darkness in our city is awesome," said Douglas Kalinsky.

On the streets people are psyched to see Ozzy, and they've already figured out the powers of the key!

"He gets to drive the trolley whenever he wants because that's what the key does. It's for the trolley, I think," said Amanda McClure.

Here are the details on Ozzy's Palm Beach County Tour:

At 5 p.m., he will be at the West Palm Beach Waterfront to receive the key to the city.

From 6 to 8 p.m., Osbourne will be in Palm Beach Gardens at the Legacy Place Barnes & Noble (11380 Legacy Ave) to sign autographs ONLY to people who buy his book.
