WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - When former Florida Gators great Tim Tebow comes into a room, he gets your attention.

Thursday he made a big impression on 300 plus people who attended the Boy Scouts Centennial Celebration in West Palm Beach. Tebow was the keynote speaker at the Palm Beach Convention Center. He took pictures with adoring Florida football fans and spoke about life, football and his faith.

The Gator grad said his four years in Gainesville were amazing. He's been invited to the upcoming NFL draft, but he's not sure if he'll attend. And no, he didn't say any prayers before taking the wonderlic test given by pro football. He says that was a ridiculous rumor.

Tebow told me that he has never been more ready for the next step in his life which, he hopes, will be in the National Football League.

Tebow will appear from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Palm Beach Autographs at Downtown at the Gardens.
