The Power of Rosemary

When it comes to nutrition there's a natural alternative, an unsung hero and here it is: it's herbs and spices. That's right, herbs and spices. And in many ways they are probably much stronger and much better for us than the vitamins and minerals that we're always talking about.

For example, Oregano is anywhere from 4-8 times stronger than the strongest vitamin and mineral we've talked about. And the strongest one is Billberry. This is 4-8 times stronger than either the natural or the extract, but what about rosemary? This also has special purpose. Let me tell you about it.

When it comes to rosemary, I would consider using it in your food all you can for the following reasons. First of all, it can help you deal with stress, and we all have it. Instead of reaching for tranquilizers and things like that which are expensive and can be habit-forming, try some rosemary. It's been shown to work.

Also, it's good for circulation. If you have circulatory problems in your legs or you have risk factors for it, consider rosemary because data suggests and studies show it can help. Also bad breath. People can exhaust and spend a lot of money trying to figure out why they have bad breath but rosemary can help. And lastly, if you travel a lot it will naturally relieve jet lag.

So, therefore you have another reason to use rosemary - another herb for four good reasons and just like oregano, because they can help you and it's natiural.
