PORT ST. LUCIE (WFLX) - A 10-year-old girl, out of control, slams a car into anything and everything in her path. Now, her mom and her mom's boyfriend are in trouble with the law.

The wild car ride ended when the car smashed into a neighbors home. The homeowner wasn't home at the time. Port St. Lucie police say the car came from the neighbors home, and the 10-year-old driver didn't stop until she hit the neighbors garage.

Wilnick Cherisma got quite a shock Sunday night. "When I parked, I was in shock, and I just saw my car.

When he arrived, he saw his garage door knocked over and his cement wall a crumbled mess. "My truck was parked straight up and her car push it down."

Port St. Lucie Police say Sunday afternoon, the autistic girl was behind the wheel of a red car. Investigators say the boyfriend of the girl's mom, Michael Green, was teaching the little girl to drive.

"The passenger was an adult male and had consumed about two beers. The car ended up hitting three cars, before slamming into this garage," said Port St. Luice police.

When they arrived, the boyfriend, Michael Green, was bleeding saying he cut his hand. "Florida has laws on getting learner's permits, and it's not at the age of 10. It's an older age," continued police.

Both mom, Audrey Willoughby, and her boyfriend, Green, were arrested and charged with child abuse. We attempted to contact them; however, no one was home.

As for Wilnick, he still can't believe what happened to his home, and that it was done by a 10 year old.

The homeowner says he hopes he can find whoever is responsible, and hopefully make them pay to get it fix.
