DELRAY BEACH, FL (WFLX) - For lots of you, your pet is just as much a member of the family as mom, dad and the kids. Now, there's a way your furry friend can join you at your dinner table.
It's called the 'Bone Appetit Seat'. Designed by Delray Beach artist Talin Lyman-Johnson, this doggie high chair allows your pooch to eat with you on your level. Each wooden chair is handmade and hand-painted by the artist.
Right now, they're only available for dogs under 30 pounds, but high chairs for cats are in the works.
Johnson tells us her Shih Tzu "Button" inspired the design. "We got tired of bending down and bending down and giving him snacks, so a friend of mine said, 'I think Button needs a high chair,' and I said, 'Absolutely.'"
The Bone Appetit Seat sells for $600 and takes about three weeks to deliver. Custom made versions with your dogs face are also available.
