Headaches linked to warmer temps

(WFLX) - Wondering why your head might be hurting so much these days?  A new study shows the risk of headaches jumps eight percent each time the temperature climbs nine degrees.

Researchers say the heat may make the blood vessels in your skull expand and press up against nerve endings creating the pain.

Doctors at the New York Headache Center say in high temperatures, even normal blood flow can feel like a jackhammer drilling through your head.
