(WFLX) - Two bizarre cases of rage making headlines.
The first case involves a very angry flight attendant for JetBlue. The attendant, Steven Slater, become irate after a passenger attempted to pull baggage out of an overhead bin as the plane taxied to the gate at New York's JFK Airport.
The passenger started cursing at the flight attendant. His bag striking him, too. That's when Slater went berserk -- going on the intercom and dropping some f-bombs:
"To the passenger who called me a m---f--er, f---you. I've been in the business 28 years. I've had it. That's it."
Sources said Slater then grabbed some beer from the plane, deployed the inflatable slide, and took off in his car parked in an employee lot.
He was picked up and arrested a few hours later.
From the Big Apple to the Midwest for another case of workplace violence.
This time the customer is the one who goes nuts. Twenty-five-year-old Melodi Dushane drove up to the window of a Toledo, Ohio McDonald's about 6:30 a.m. She wanted McNuggets, but they were serving breakfast only.
That didn't sit well with her, so she got out of the car and hit the drive through employee in the mouth. That's when the manager came over. The woman swinging a few more times, and then tried to pull the employee through the window by her hair.
Other employees closed the drive through window as the woman tried to push it open. She then goes back in her car, grabs a beer bottle, and smashes the window with it.
She took off, but Dushane was later charged with vandalism.
But not even a crazy customer stops business at the drive through. The next customer pulls up and gets their bag of hash browns promptly.
Some anger management classes are in order for those two!
