RIVIERA BEACH, FL--The Riviera Police detective accused of forging documents has been bonded out of jail Thursday night.

A judge increased bail for 42-year-old Lee Ann Schneider who had a collection of counts related to forging a supervisor's signature on police reports to increase his overtime.

This week, prosecutors added many more charges alleging Schneider forged the supervisor's signature on property receipts and evidence cards.

As a result the new charges,  the judge increased Schneider's bail from $48,000 to $76,000.

Schneider was also booked into the jail on the new counts.

Prosecutors say Schneider's actions have jeopardized dozens of criminal cases.
