WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Three armed and dangerous men were released from the Palm Beach County Jail by accident Tuesday morning.

Update: FRI 12:30 PM: Tavaris Herndon has been appended.

Previously: Deputies need your help finding Tavaris Herndon, James Roundtree and Marquis Roundtree. The trio were arrested, along with five others, in a 19 count indictment alleging racketeering, aggravated assault and conspiracy.

There bond was set at $1 million.

But last week, in court, the state attorney's office modified sections of the documents charging the men with crimes. The new paperwork, however, was to stay the same -- even their $1 million bond -- but, according to the state's attorney's office, the bond line was left blank.

Therefore, the clerk of the courts thought all charges had been dropped against the trio. But that's not the case.

Still, the jail followed orders and the men were let go. The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office says they "followed standard jail procedures".

There will be a hearing Friday afternoon to talk about what happened, and the state attorney's office will go before a judge to talk about this case.
