Posted by Paige Bresky - email

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance with locating a missing adult with dementia.

Seventy-nine-year-old Jimmie McCrae left his residence in the 4000 block of Haverhill Commons Circle in West Palm Beach at about 5 p.m. Thursday night to purchase lottery tickets.

He has not returned since.

McCrae is driving a 2006 black Toyota Corolla with Florida tag M049WF.

The vehicle has a PBCC sticker on the back.

He was last seen wearing a black and red striped shirt, tan linen pants and brown dress shoes.

The PBSO considers McCrae an endangered adult because of the condition he suffers from.

If anyone has any information regarding McCrae, they are urged to contact PBSO dispatch at 561-688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
