WPB man arrested in connection to fatal stabbing

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Deputies say the search for a man, wanted in connection with a deadly stabbing, is now over.

Thirty-three-year-old Aniel Escobar was arrested Sunday morning. He was found hiding in a boat at an impound lot at Bunker and Georgia Avenue.

Escobar is a suspect in the murder of his sister-in-law, 26-year-old Arisley Rojas.

It happened Saturday around 2:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of Florida Street in Mangonia Park.

Rojas was found dead when deputies arrived at the scene.

Escobar also injured another woman who was taken to the hospital.

According to police, he does not have a criminal record.
