WEST MELBOURNE, FL (WFLX) - This was a bizarre take-down even by police standards.
Cameras roll as an officer in West Melbourne chases down a jogger wearing nothing but swimming goggles.
Police say the officer had to stun the 18-year-old with a Taser to get him to stop.
They say he was incoherent and had to be taken to the hospital after hitting the ground hard when he was stunned.
