DAYTON, OH (CNN) - An Ohio man is facing charges after police say he attacked an employee at a fast food establishment.
The cause of the fight - doughnut sprinkles.
Tim Horton's employee Donald McKinney told a drive-thru customer they were sold out of sprinkled donuts.
"I said 'We have other kinds of doughnuts," he said. "They said, 'Well then we want them for free.' And I'm like, 'Well, I can't do that.'"
McKinney says the customer got angry, parking his car and coming inside.
"He kind of went for my neck, but I bent down. He ended up in my hair and ended up with my headset, flung that across the room," McKinney said.
The suspect, 21-year-old James Johnson, was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and aggravated trespass.
"If I had known it was all going to blow up into all of that, I would have just gave him a free doughnut, or bought it myself," McKinney said.
