Actor Charlie Sheen has been fired from the hit CBS-sitcom Two and Half Men. Now, Sheen is planning legal action against CBS while Warner Brothers plans to sue the actor for damages.

All this while Sheen continues his public rants via the internet. "We are in the middle of a movement here. An odyssey of epic proportions -- epic, epic proportions," said Sheen.

Late Monday, a disheveled and sometimes incoherent Sheen took to the airwaves for a new live stream, he calls, Sheen's Korner. "Because you judge me, you condemn me, you discarded me, well not anymore....winning!"

Sheen was "winning" as the highest paid actor in TV making nearly $2 million an episode.

Monday, just after he was fired, he was spotted in Hollywood with one of his so-called goddesses waving a machete.

In the termination letter, obtained by TMZ, Warner Brothers called Sheen 'dangerously self-destructive' and 'very ill'.

But, last week, in an interview with NBC's Jeff Rossen, the actor said his lifestyle never affected his work.

Rossen asked, "Ever show up to the set drunk or high?"

Sheen responded, "Never once, never once. You know, a little bit sideways having not slept, but never, never, never, never loaded, never drunk nothing on the set."

But in it's letter, Warner Brothers says 'outtakes of the filming show Mr. Sheen had difficulty remembering his lines and hitting his marks'.

Studio execs say, they tried to help him repeatedly and "reached out to Mr. Sheen's family and friends".

Now, sheen is planning to sue CBS saying there is no morals clause in his contract. But Warner Brothers claims they can fire him if they believe he's committed a felony. "No, I'm smoking a cigarette and drinking something I won't reveal. Unless they pay me," said Sheen.

And with the future of Two and Half Men uncertain, Charlie Sheen's future is even more unpredictable. "I think we should do my book. Incidentally, the title, the best title of all time, Apocalypse Me, the Jaw of Life. Apocalypse Me the Jaws of Life."

Sheen says he and his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller are working out a custody agreement for their twin boys.

Meanwhile, there are reports that actor Rob Lowe is on the short list to replace Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men.
