Cindy Anthony calls to police & Casey played in court

ORLANDO, FL (WFLX) - Emotional testimony from Casey Anthony's mother in court. The grandmother of Calee Anthony breaking down in tears as she recalls the moment she found out the little girl had been missing for a month.

The Casey Anthony trial has been a rollercoaster of evidence and speculation. Tuesday, the 911 call made to Orlando police by Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy, was played in court causing a flood of emotions for the grandmother.

The prosecution played the 911 phone call to Orlando police that started a case three years in the making.

On the stand Tuesday, Cindy Anthony recalled the day in 2008 when she found out her 2-year-old grandaughter, Caylee, was missing. "I told you my daughter was missing for a month. I found her today, but I can't find my granddaughter."

Overcome by emotion, Cindy listened to her own chilling call to dispatchers. "There's something wrong; I found my daughter smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car," she said.

Prosecutors argue Casey Anthony put Duct tape over Caylee's nose and mouth, suffocating her.

The defense argues Caylee accidentally drowned in her grandparents' swimming pool.

The jailhouse phone calls between mother and daughter were also played in court Tuesday revealing family tension over the child's disappearance:

Casey: "You don't know what my involvement is and stuff?"

Cindy: "Casey.... I don't know what your involvement is sweetheart. You're not telling me where she's at.

Casey: "Because I don't know... where she's at. Are you kidding me!?"

Cindy: "You have to tell me if you know anything about Caylee, sweetheart. If something something happened to Caylee, I will die. Do you understand? I'll die."

Casey: "You know I wouldn't let anything happen to my daughter. If I knew where she was, this wouldn't be going on."

If convicted of her daughter's death, Casey Anthony, could be sentenced to death.
