STARKE, Fla. (AP) - The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to block the execution of a Florida man convicted of killing his cousin and his cousin's wife in 1990 to prevent the cousin from testifying at his burglary trial. Robert Hendrix is scheduled to be executed at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Florida State Prison in Starke.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - A judge has ruled to delay the trial indefinitely for a Florida man accused of murdering a teenager during an argument over loud music. Acting Circuit Judge Russell Healey agreed Wednesday to a request from Michael Dunn's new attorneys to push back the May 5 trial.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Florida school districts are resuming testing after a computer glitch prevented thousands of students from taking the state's standardized assessment. The Department of Education reports working with testing contractor Pearson throughout Monday night and Tuesday morning to resolve the issue.

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - A Miami-Dade police officer, who the FBI says was known as "the Milk Man," has appeared in federal court in New Jersey to face charges he aided a New Jersey-based drug trafficking organization. Lt. Ralph Mata (MAH-tah) of Broward County, Fla., made a first appearance Wednesday on charges of drug trafficking and illegal money transactions.
