I-95 reopen, Brush fire burning in Indian River Co.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - I-95 is back open after a brush fire forced the interstate to close for nearly three hours Sunday.

A lightning strike is believed to have sparked the blaze.

The Division of Forestry said in all, 150 acres burned.  At one point, it came within 60 feet of the shoulder of I-95 in Vero Beach.

I-95 was closed from exit 147 to 156.  No homes were threatened.

The fire is now 90-percent contained.
