WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - This week's Duffy's High School MVP of the Week goes to Forest Hill High School senior Brian Jenkins, wide receiver.

Not only does he play football for Forest Hill, he also attends G Star School of the Arts. "I'm an acting major there."

Brian already knows where he's going post graduation. "I want to attend FIU and study finance and business," he said.

Coach Chris Kokell nominated Jenkins for his ability to lift his teammate's spirits. "One, he's a great athlete. If you throw the ball in the air, he's going to come down with it," said Coach Kokell. "Also, he's just a great kid. He brings fun and energy to every practice, every game. When the guys are down, there's no one that picks them up like him."

"The reason why I love the game of football is it's a team sport, and you can be a great roll model to the freshman, the under classman," said Jenkins.
