They were stolen sometime between 11:30 a.m. September 30, 2011 and  9:30 a.m. October 3, 2011.

According to investigators, a witness saw a heavy-duty white truck pulling a black trailer at the northeast corner of 50th Street South and 120th Avenue South just before the cattle disappeared. They described the trailer as something that might be used for lawn equipment.

The missing animals are described as:

-4 ½ year old Brangus cow, black and white with white on belly and a black circle around left eye – Valued $1,000.

Detectives have two suspects. One is described as a white male, 18 - 20 years old, 5'11", skinny, short light brown kinky hair with pimples on his face. They do not know what he was wearing.

The second suspect is a black male, 20 - 22 years old, 5'8", clean shaven, medium build, 150 - 170 lbs. He was wearing blue jeans, no shirt, dark colored baseball cap, and had a very large, rodeo-style belt buckle.

Detectives are also investigating four head of cattle stolen from the northeast corner of 70th Road North, in Loxahatchee. That theft happened between October 10 and 24, 2011. It is not known if the thefts are related.
