Gardens teen accident shot in head

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (WFLX) - A teenage boy has been rushed to the hospital after Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies think he was accidentally shot in the head in Palm Beach Gardens.

Deputies say four teens, between the ages of 15 and 18, were inside a home in the 3000 block of Bahama Road where the incident took place around 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Paramedics rushed the teen to St. Mary's Medical Center.

According to neighbors, they were performing CPR on the boy at the time. Deputies are still trying to contact his family as they investigate. So far, no charges have been filed.

Deputies have not said where the teens got the gun.
