Woman attacked outside Jupiter WalMart

JUPITER, FL (WFLX) -- An arrest has been made in a beating outside a Jupiter WalMart.

Jupiter police said two people who were wearing ski masks tried to grab a woman's purse as she was walking to her car early Friday morning.  The victim's boyfriend tried to stop the attack but failed.

According to officers, the boyfriend was able to pull the masks off one of the suspects and recognized him from an interaction that had just had in the store. The two suspects were able to leave the area, but the boyfriend was able to write down the license plates tag.

Police tracked down 20-year-old Tracy Bradley and 24-year-old Jaclyn Galczynski and charged them with attempted robbery and aggravated battery.

The victim suffered wounds to her head, but is expected to be okay.
