Johnathan Jones, 20, of Belle Glade will face a judge at first appearance Wednesday morning facing two different charges. He's charged with being an accessory after the fact of a capital felony and evidence-destroying. Investigators arrested 19-year-old Corey Graham Jr. after, they say, he robbed, shot and killed Jimmy McMillan. Detectives searched for the gunman for almost a week before they say Graham admitted to committing the crime to his parents on Saturday. At the time of the arrest, the murder weapon wasn't recovered.
