CAPE CANAVERAL, FL (WFLX) - There's a job application deadline, but it's not exactly something the average job-seeker should pursue.
NASA says Friday, January 27 is the last day to apply for its astronaut classes.
The space agency says it typically receives 35-hundred applications.
Qualified applicants can apply at the USAJobs.gov Web site.
You should at least have a degree in engineering, science or math, and three years of professional experience.
Teachers are also encouraged to apply!
