WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) A local West Palm Beach woman is being labeled a hero tonight after tipping police off to an alleged kidnapping that spans from Oklahoma to Florida.
The 17 month old girl's father took her from her mother in Oklahoma traveling with her across several states before stopping in west palm beach.
West Palm Beach police have now released this flier in hopes of catching Bradley Goodson. They say Goodson has an extensive criminal record in Oklahoma and could now face charges in here in West Palm Beach.
Mother and daughter reunited. Amanda Edwards hugs 17 month old Aubrey Goodson two weeks after police say the child's father abducted her from her home in Waureka, Oklahoma.
"It's been very very hard," says Amanda Edwards
Oklahoma investigators say a divorce left Bradley Goodson with visitation rights.
Instead they say he took the toddler, cut her hair to disguise her looks and ended up in West Palm Beach.

West Palm Beach police says Goodson rented an apartment here from this woman, Lisa DeLong.
She's now being called a hero.
Throughout the course of a couple of day things did not add up.
DeLong says Goodson first introduced himself and his child under false names, then a slip.
"He accidentally called himself Brad, he called her Aubrey at one point, says DeLong.
DeLong, a mother herself, says this morning intuition kicked in and she went to Google.
"I just said let me type in missing children her picture popped up immediately."
DeLong told Goodson she wanted to take the kids to the museum instead she took them to the West Palm Beach Police Station.
Her diligence is a great example for other citizens.
Police say Goodson is now on the run.
For a thankful mom a nightmare is finally over.
"I've just been pleading day in and day out," says Edwards.
And West Palm Beach Police are asking for your help in locating Bradley Goodson if you have seen him you are asked to call the tip line at 1-800-458-TIPS.
