WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The DUI manslaughter trial of millionaire John Goodman entered its final hours Thursday, one day after the polo mogul testified in his own defense.

The state rested its case around 11:10 a.m. The judge then began reading instructions to the jury.

The jury is expected to begin deliberations Thursday afternoon. "We think justice will be served," prosecutor Sherri Collins told reporters after Goodman testified Wednesday.

Goodman, prosecutors contended, was driving drunk when he crashed his car into another car in a February 12, 2010, accident in Wellington.
