Inspirational messages challenge

TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WFLX) - - The American Civil Liberties Union, the Anti Defamation League and Americans United for Separation of Church and State have each written all 67 Florida School Boards, warning they will sue if any of the boards adopt a policy allowing students to deliver inspirational messages. Legislation allowing the messages has been signed into law, but Howard Simon, the President of the ACLU says the legislation would force some students views on all students and that is unconstitutional. No where in the legislation are the words "school prayer", but sponsors made it clear that prayer is what the legislation intended.
