HOUSTON, TX (WFLX) - Caught on police dash cam near Houston, Texas: A naked unicyclist!
Police said they'd seen 45-year-old Joseph Farley riding around before, but he's usually fully clothed.
Farley was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. Police say he was not intoxicated.
