SUBURBAN BOCA RATON, Fla. - A Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy has been involved in a two-vehicle accident, according to a PBSO spokesperson.

The accident happened just west of the Florida Turnpike at the corner of Mizner Way and Palmetto Park Road in suburban Boca Raton.

The deputy did not appear to be seriously hurt, according to the sheriff's office.

A woman in the other vehicle was ejected, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, and was transported by Trauma Hawk to Delray Medical Center.

She is listed in serious condition.
