BASTROP, TX (WFLX) - One homeless man in Texas is going from rags to riches. Last January, Timothy Yost found a bag full of money totaling between $50,000 and $100,000.
Since then, only one person has come forward to claim the money, but it was later determined that the person was lying.
During a meeting Tuesday night, city leaders decided to let Yost keep a portion of the money -- $7,000 in cash, plus 40 gold coins from South Africa.
