No loitering allowed in Boca

BOCA RATON, FL (WFLX) Loitering in Boca Raton could land you behind bars.

Police are now prompted to crack down on anyone that is acting suspicious.

That means even if police don't see you doing anything wrong, you could get arrested because they believe a crime is imminent.

In the last four months, police have arrested 18 people for loitering and prowling.

Lawyers and civil rights activists believe the arrests might amount to nothing more than racial profiling.
