PALM SPRINGS, FL (WFLX) - A 60-year-old man was killed Friday morning while riding his bicycle near I-95.

The Florida Highway Patrol says Thomas Honnett of Palm Springs was killed when a car hit him while he was on the crosswalk of the west-bound lanes of 10th Avenue North leading to I-95.

The FPH says the accident is under investigation.
