ORANGE COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - An Orange County woman just wants to vote, but she's been declared dead -- twice!
Sixty-one-year-old Connie Smith just received a letter saying she had been removed from the Orange County vote rolls after it received notification of her death.
The same thing happened four years ago. That time authorities mixed her up with a woman of the same name who died in Miami, but they had the same birthdate.
She then had to get a signed and sealed "non-death" certificate from her county's health department.
