MIAMI (WFLX) - An investigation into prescription drug theft at a University of Miami Cancer Center shows losses of more than $10 million.

Last year, a pharmacy technician was arrested in connection to the thefts. Those losses equal out to $14 million over a three-year period.

The employee pleaded not guilty to grand theft and other charges.
