Can just 30 minutes a day change the way you work out?
Everyone's raving about the Planet Fitness 30 Minute Express. It's a fast and fun workout that let's you get in and out in half an hour.
It combines 10 strength machines and 10 cardio step stations. The light will turn green, and you perform the exercise for 60 seconds. Then, the light will turn red, and you have 30 seconds to move to the next machine.
At the end of 30 minutes, you will have completed a full body workout -- it really takes all the guess work out of exercising.
