(WFLX) - Sales of milk are down to their lowest levels in almost 30 years!
Six billion gallons of milk were sold last year. That's less than half the level from the early 80s, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Experts say people are drinking more sports drinks, bottled water and tea.
The good news is that yogurt and other dairy products have offset the sinking milk sales.
